INTRODUCING
CHEF MEESHA
My passion for cooking began at the age of nine when my aunt asked me if I wanted to help her prepare pork chops. From there my love affair for cooking began and I've never looked back. I went on to Miami Lakes Educational Center and enrolled in their culinary Arts Program while simultaneously earning my high school diploma. Furthermore, after that I attended Johnson & Wales University to obtain my Bachelors in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.
In between those times I was working in the Industry to gain experience and further deepen my techniques with cooking. In every meal I prepare I pull from my Carribbean roots, hence the name I like to affectionately call my style of cooking or rather the flavors of my food, “ Tropical Fusion”. I not only lean on my Bahamian roots when preparing food but I also touch on American flavors or whatever I feel like creating at the moment. No matter what magic I create with my hands my customers can always ensure their taste buds will not be disappointed. Here at Meesha’s Cuisine every bite is bursting with flavor.

Are you a busy professional with little to no time to cook meals for yourself? Or maybe you want to gift a family a month’s worth of meals. If so, the “Meal Prep” option is for you! I’ll work with you to create a customized meal plan based on the your needs and preferences.
The meals will be prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients and will incorporate a range of tropical and Caribbean flavors and ingredients. The dishes may include seafood, poultry, meat, or vegetarian options, depending on your preferences.
The meals will be packaged and labeled with heating instructions, making it easy for the you to reheat and enjoy them at their convenience. The meal prep services may also include delivery options*.
